| We have been notified by the Postal Service that there is no way of tracking a Global Priority Mail item once it leaves the U.S.A. Therefore, effective 5/28/2009 we will NOT refund or replace an item that has not been received. We do furnish verification that the item was presented to the Postal Service. All of our Internal Customers are now suffering for a few. We have had several complaints of non-receipt of items. Upon a check we found that different names and e-mail addresses were used, but all items shipped to the same address. |
